Collaborating in Groups and Landscapes

Storytelling can thrive when members of an organization or community share media, narrative, and data. Terraso Story Maps provides spaces for collaboration through groups and landscapes.

Landscapes are communities based on a territory or bioregion. In Terraso Story Maps, landscapes have profiles describing their boundaries and objectives. Any member can join a landscape.

Groups are spaces for organizations, interest groups, and project teams. Groups can either be open or closed. Closed groups require a member to be approved by a manager.

Both collaboration spaces allow members to share files and links and build maps from data. Once a map is created in a group or landscape, any member can add a map as a layer in a story map.
