Terraso makes it easy for you to generate maps from files containing geospatial information. Terraso supports a variety of formats for data files, including CSV, Excel, GeoJSON, KML, KMZ, and Esri format. Some preparation may be necessary.
CSV and Excel files
To make a map with point-based data, you will need to have a column containing “latitude” and a column containing “longitude” information. These two columns of information tell Terraso where to place points on a map.
During the map creation process, Terraso will try to guess which columns contain latitude and longitude based on the name of the columns. For the best results, name your columns “latitude” and “longitude”.

GeoJSON, KML, KMZ, Esri
Terraso supports making maps from these types of files specifically designed for mapping. Terraso does not currently support different styles for multi-layer maps.
