Terraso Story Maps Membership Roles

There are two types of memberships in Terraso Story Maps groups and landscapes: members and managers.

Members

Members can share files and links and make maps.

Managers

Managers have all the privileges of members, and can also:

In groups and landscapes:

• Change the name, description, and contact information
• Edit the name and description of files
• Delete files and maps
• Change the roles of other managers and members

In groups:

• Set whether a group is open or closed
• Accept join requests or remove members from groups

In landscapes:

• Edit the landscape profile and boundary.
