Groups in Terraso are ways for users to collaborate with organizations, interest groups, and project teams. There are two types of groups: “Open”, and “Closed”.
Open Groups: users can join open groups without review by a group manager.
Closed Groups: a manager must review and accept an application for the member to join the group.
A group must have at least one manager.
Managers can update whether a group is open or closed by navigating to the group page, clicking “Update Group”, and changing the setting.
